yea,im hurt..bcz i fell down..dammit...haii,injury after injury..first , is my 2 knee . Now its my leg . yest , while doing some silat thing suddenly i step on this big staple . it's tajam end went into my foot :O @ first i didnt noe , but wen we do some stretching , i saw dis 1 long metal thing.so i touch it lor . stupid of me . so i stand n go to my parents , [naseb mk bpk kat saner :)] den i show dem my leg . den uncle hairy come and said "ee" lol .so my father try to take it out BUT he anyhow take out , so i again kp saying "owowow" i noe..retard . by dis time every1 watch me but continued silat-ing . and it was dam painfull (obviously!). so i wore bandage and continue doing my thing . im happy with my kicks :) yea go home , wash my leg , mom put on another bandage (naseb emily giv me a first aid kit on the same day!) . haii..nth elsee to post de..
